Celebrate your child's birthday with us at Walthamstow Leisure Centre and choose from one of our fun and exciting party packages. We're currently offering both gymnastics and basketball parties in our purpose-built sports hall and gymnasium, with further activity options available soon!
Each party package will consist of one hour of the activity session followed by one hour in the party room. Parents are welcome to arrive half an hour before the party begins to set up or decorate the studio and turn it into the ultimate party fun zone!
Birthday Party Information
The price for a party booking is £200 which will include
- An hour in the activity area and an hour in the party room
- Virtual Invitations to send out
- Music system available (CDs only)
The parties are self-catered, we provide the room and you bring the food and drink.

Birthday Party Packages
Gymnastics Party
Gymnastics parties are suitable for ages 5-11 with a maximum of 16 children.
Parties will be held in the gymnasium with a variety of gymnastics equipment, supervised by experienced and qualified gymnastics coaches.
Suitable for those with a passion for gymnastics or even beginners looking to try out a new activity for the first time.
Parties over 16 children can be arrange to maximum of 24 but the centre will need to arrange a 3rd coach for the 1 hour activity. Please email the centre walthamstow@gll.org after you made your booking.
Additional Cost is £8.50 per child to be paid within 7 days of the party booking
Foam Blaster Bash Party
Have a blast at our Foam Blaster Bash Parties!
Our parties come with soft tipped darts, protection goggles, soft inflatable combat zones and your very own combat vest.
Bring your friends, split into teams and blast away!
Foam Blaster Bash parties are suitable for ages 6-13 with a maximum of 20 children.
Location: Sports Hall Courts 4 and 5. Additional court hire could be available at additional cost. Please email centre walthamstow@gll.org
Cost for additional children: £8.50 each each child over 20 taking part in the activity.
1 hour activity includes the following
- Health and Safety briefing
- Introducation to the equipment - Googles, Vests, Guns and Bullets
- Warm up games from target shooting and Elimination
- Main Games will include Capture the Flag, Freeze Tag and Humans vs Zombies
Foam Blaster Bash Party Rules
- Wear Goggles and Vests at all times
- No Head, Neck or low Body Shots
- Play fair and be safe
- No close range shots
- Respect the referee (Listen for whistle and instructions)
- HAVE FUN!!!
