Leyton Leisure Centre on High Road is all about family fun, just a short walk from Leyton Midland station with a range of facilities split across two buildings. The gym has plenty of cardio equipment and weights for your workouts, and there's a 25-metre pool for lane swimming alongside a teaching pool for lessons. The real draw here is the leisure pool with Aquaplay features and a flume, great for splashing about with the kids. Group exercise classes include Zumba, dance fitness, yoga, Pilates, HIIT and circuits, with spin sessions in the dedicated cycle studio. After a swim or workout, relax in the health suite. There are also women-only classes and swimming sessions each week.
