Cardio Zone

Ideal for warm-ups or workouts, our cardio zone includes kit like treadmills, rowers and bikes, designed to get your heart pumping and boost your stamina. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for high-intensity training, the cardio area has the variety you need.

Resistance Area

Build strength and target specific muscle groups with our resistance equipment. From pin-loaded machines to controlled movement stations, you’ll find options to suit every workout. Come and work on your strength, whatever your level.

Free Weights and Stretching Area

Our large free weights section includes dumbbells, barbells and benches to help you lift with confidence and workout your way. There’s also a dedicated stretching area, perfect for warm-ups, cooldowns and mobility work.

Women's Gym
