Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced lifter, you’ll find a choice of cardio machines, resistance equipment, free weights, functional training kit and a dedicated stretching area. With a friendly atmosphere and expert support, it’s a great place for the whole community to get active.

Cardio Zone

Get your heart pumping in the cardio zone, which includes treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, steppers, varios, upright and recumbent bikes, a hand bike and more. With plenty of choice, you can improve stamina, burn calories and boost your overall fitness.

Resistance Zone

Our resistance area helps you target specific muscle groups with kit such as the lat pulldown, low row, vertical traction, chest and shoulder presses, ab crunch, adductor and abductor machines, leg extension, leg curl and leg press. It’s the ideal way to build strength in a controlled and safe way.

Free Weights and Stretching Area

Our free weights area includes dumbbells up to 38kg, barbells, Olympic bars and kettlebells up to 24kg. Combined with benches and racks, it’s a versatile space for building strength and power. Then you can finish your workout in the stretching zone. Find mats, rollers and floor space for cooldowns, mobility and core exercises. It’s a calm space to improve flexibility and aid recovery.

Strength Area

Whether you want to improve your overall strength or work specific muscle groups and body zones, our Strength Area is suitable for every type of gym goer. Here you'll find equipment like squat racks, smith machines, flat bench presses, scott benches and dual adjustable pulleys. And if you want to check your form or try a new exercise, our friendly gym staff are always on hand to give you advice.
