Our superb 50m long course pool has been fully refurbished and with the use of a boom can be split into two independent pools. This gives us the flexibility of a 23m shallow pool at 1.2m deep, perfect for family or recreational swimming. The other half then creates a 25m, 2m deep pool, perfect for fitness swimming. We have a superb range of sessions available.
Our Diving Pool is 25m long and has 3m, 5m, 7.5m and 10m platforms, as well as 1m and 3m spring boards.
The pools depth is controlled by a moveable floor meaning it can be a multipurpose space suitable for Diving, Swimming Lessons, Water Polo and our very own Tom Daley Diving Academy.

Our newly refurbished Training Pool is the home of the GB Para Swim Team. The pool is multipurpose and has moveable floors and booms in order to be set up in a variety of ways.
The pool itself is 50m and can be up to 2m deep. When the boom is in use, the pool can be split into two separate spaces. One 25m pool with 2m depth, and a 23m pool with a moveable floor.
The pool can be hired on request and serves swimming clubs, university swim teams and underwater hockey clubs.
Our brand new Strength Gym is the home of our pin weight machines which come in a range designed to hit every muscle group. Our free weights area offers a full range of benches, dumbbells, Olympic bars, squat racks, a lifting platform and pure strength plate loaded Technogym machines including the leg press, chest press and shoulder press that will help you achieve all of your strength goals as well as balance and co-ordination.
Our brand new Cardio Gym is the perfect place to get your heart racing and your blood pumping! We've got an incredible range of new equipment for you to enjoy. Our selection of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines and cross trainers will help you speed up the metabolic process and burn those calories.
Our brand new functional gym is kitted out with the latest equipment designed to help you build the strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Come and unwind in the relaxed atmosphere of our sauna and steam room - the perfect place to relax after a swim or workout. These treatments can assist with increasing blood flow, weight loss, cleansing, relieving stress and helping to relax body and mind.
You’ll love our brand new Jacuzzi too – the ultimate in relaxation! The health suite has a mixture of single sex and mixed sessions and can be accessed by anyone aged 16 and over. Swimwear must be worn at all times.
Our studio hosts an extensive range of fitness classes, and we've got plenty of quality equipment and first class instructors.
Our studio also benefits from interactive classes through Wexer virtual fitness software, which features dozens of virtual classes on a weekly basis. This gives the opportunity for both instructor led and virtual classes.
The cafe at the MAC is a social hub for family and friends to get together, so when you want to relax after your workout, class or while you are waiting around during swimming lessons, why not visit us.

Our brand new Splash Pad is a shallow water paddling pool with interactive water play area. Perfect for water babies and water confidence building or for sensory play.
The Splash Pad will be in operation during Swim for All sessions. Just book into any of these sessions to secure your place.
Located within our ground floor Village Changing Room, Changing Places are toilet facilities for children, young people and adults with profound or multiple disabilities, which are fitted with specialist equipment including a hoist and changing bench. They provide enough space for up to two carers to support the person with a disability to use the Changing Place.
