Can I freeze my membership?

Need to take a break from your membership? In some situations, you can freeze it instead of cancelling.

When you can freeze your membership

You may be eligible to freeze your membership if:

• You’re pregnant (MAT B1 form required)
• You have a medical condition that prevents you from using our facilities (doctor’s letter required)

This applies to both Monthly and Single Payment memberships.

What to know before you freeze

• Freezes apply to full calendar months only
• Payments will restart automatically when the freeze ends
• A reconciliation fee may apply if you freeze your membership partway through a monthly cycle and before your next Direct Debit.
• If you're on a Lesson or Course membership, you’ll be removed from your sessions during the freeze. The same lesson date and time is not guaranteed when you return.
