Can I freeze my membership?
Need to take a break from your membership? In some situations, you can freeze it instead of cancelling.
Who can freeze their membership?
You may be eligible for a membership freeze if:
- You're pregnant (MAT B1 form required).
- You have a medical condition that prevents you from using our facilities (doctor's letter required).
This applies to both Monthly and Single Payment memberships.
Please note, we don't usually offer membership freezes for holidays, travel, work commitments, or other temporary absences.
Before you freeze
- Freezes can only be applied for full calendar months.
- Your payments will automatically restart when your freeze period ends.
- A reconciliation fee may apply if you freeze your membership partway through a monthly cycle and before your next Direct Debit.
- If you have a Lesson or Course membership, you'll be removed from your sessions while your membership is frozen. We can't guarantee the same lesson date and time will be available when you return.
