Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool

Our deck -level Hydrotherapy Pool offers a calming and supportive space designed to help with rehabilitation and recovery. Measuring 9.5 by 5 metres and maintained ata  therapeutic temperature of 34–36 °C, the  pool provides the perfect environment for gentle, supported exercise.

Important Information

Sessions are strictly for rehabilitation and special needs use - swimming is not permitted. All users(including carers) must complete an Indemnity Form, and a Carer's Registration Form (if required), before using the pool.
Forms can be collected at reception or downloaded below. Once completed. please email to teddingtonpoolsandfitness@gll.org or hand in at reception.

How to book

All bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking.

If you've already completed an Indemnity Form:

• Call 0203 772 2999
• Press option 1 for Teddington
• Press option 5 for the Hydrotherapy Pool
• Press option 1 to speak to a Customer Service Advisor
• Bookings and payments can also be made in person at the centre

If you still need to complete an Indemnity Form:

• Download the Indemnity Form using the link above or pick up a copy from reception.
• Return the completed form by email to teddingtonpoolsandfitness@gll.org or hand it in at reception.

Forms will be processed within 72 hours, and we'll contact you once your account is active.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Sunday at the following times:

• Monday to Thursday: 8am to 9pm
• Friday: 8am to 6pm
• Saturday and Sunday:8am to 4pm
