Hydrotherapy uses the natural properties of warm water to assist recovery. The buoyancy and warmth can help:
- Reduce pain sensitivity
- Improve blood flow and circulation
- Support joint mobility and flexibility
- Aid muscle strengthening and balance
Aquatic therapies are often used to support people with:
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Soft tissue injuries
- Balance disorders
- Muscle weakness
- Conditions that impair circulation
The Hydrotherapy Pool is fully accessible, with advanced hoist facilities to ensure safe and comfortable entry and exit for all users.
