Junior Have A Go Experience Gift Voucher

Bring the joy of horse riding to beginners aged 5 to 15 with a Have a Go session! Junior Have a Go lessons are group sessions for complete beginners, where riders can experience being on horseback in a relaxed, safe environment on well trained horses and ponies. 
Riders will learn the basics from mounting to mastering trot. Riding hats and boots are free to borrow with this lesson, so why not have a go! 

Sessions run after school and at weekends, last for 30 minutes and are suitable for children aged 5 to 15.

Adult Have a Go Experience Gift Voucher

Price: £35

Our Have a Go sessions are a great introduction to horse riding! Have a Go lessons are group sessions for complete beginners, where riders can experience being on horseback in a relaxed, safe environment on well trained horses.

Riders will learn the basics from mounting to mastering trot. Riding hats and boots are free to borrow with this lesson, so why not have a go! Sessions run at weekends, last for 30 minutes and are suitable for adults and older children aged over 16.

Equestrian Simulator Gift Voucher

Saddle up with our Equestrian Simulator sessions to fet to grips with the basics  of riding or start to perfect your riding technique! Whether it’s your first time in the saddle or you are an experienced rider our instructor will be able to tailor a session to make the most of your time on the simulator.

How will I receive my gift voucher?

Once a gift voucher is purchased, you’ll automatically receive an e-voucher to your specified email address. Please note, we’re unable to deliver gift vouchers via post.

How long is my voucher valid?

In general, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase however, please check your order confirmation for an exact expiry date.

Is equipment included in the gift vouchers for Lee Valley VeloPark?

  • Bike and helmet hire are included in taster sessions, but additional safety equipment may be desired for example Gloves or Look Keo Cleats which can be hired on the day. Please note, we’ve got a wide range of bike sizes available but bike hire does depend on a safe and comfortable fit

  • Cycling and other activities at Lee Valley VeloPark involve inherent risks. Participants must acknowledge these risks and take responsibility for their actions. If unsure about participation, terms, or the safety declaration, consult staff before booking or engaging in activities

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark

Gift vouchers purchased directly through Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark can be redeemed online.

Once you have purchased a gift voucher, select your activity and add it to your basket. You'll have the option to redeem a gift voucher online.

Third Party Gift Vouchers

If you have purchased a gift voucher for Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark via a third party such as Buy a Gift, Red Letter Days, Into the Blue or Virgin Experiences please email the venue directly (cilck the venue name above to email) with your voucher number and the preferred date/time of your activity and our team will be in touch.

Terms and Conditions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used in a single transaction, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change or refund is given.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used as part payment and are non-refundable.
  • Experiential gift vouchers apply specifically to the chosen experience or activity and cannot be amended, exchanged, or transferred.
  • Digital gift vouchers can be used as part payment towards select activities at Lee Valley VeloPark or Lee Valley White Water Centre, subject to availability.

  • Gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.
    Vouchers are subject to verification upon presentation.
  • Recipients must present the original voucher on the day of the booked activity. Participation will be refused without the voucher.
  • Recipients may only book the activity specified on the voucher, subject to availability and the applicable Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale at the time of booking.
  • Gift voucher redemptions are subject to activity/experience availability.
