White Water for One Experience Gift Voucher

This voucher can be redeemed against Rafting Unleashed or Hydrospeeding for one.

- Participants must be 12 years or above when they participate in the session.
- All participants must successfully complete our Activity Assessment on the day to partake in the activity.
White Water for Two Experience Gift Voucher
A gift for adventure seeking couples and friends to try either rafting, Hydrospeeding or Hot Dogs.
This voucher can be redeemed against Rafting Unleashed, Hydrospeeding or Hot Dogs for two

- Participants must be 12 years or above when they participate in the session.

Lake Activity Experience Gift Voucher
What splashing gift this is for kids who love a fun challenge and a good soaking!
This voucher can be redeemed against a Water Wipeout, Explore Kayaking or Explore Paddleboarding experience.

Age and weight restrictions:
- All participants must be aged 8+ and weigh under 18 stone
- Participants aged between 8 – 16 years must have their legal parent/guardian that remains on site at Lee Valley White Water Centre for the duration of the session, with 1 parent/guardian to every 4 children (max)
- Parents/guardian must sign a Safety and Risk Declaration Form at the centre and supervise their children under 12 at all times.
All participants must successfully complete our Activity Assessment on the day to partake in the activity.

Terms and Conditions
- All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund is given.
- Experiential gift vouchers cannot be used as part payment, there is no cash valid.
- Digital Gift Cards can be used as part payment towards one of the following activities:

- Experiential Gift vouchers apply specifically to the chosen experience or activity and cannot be amended or exchanged.
- All Gift vouchers/Cards will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
- All Gift vouchers/Cards will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.
- The Recipient of this Voucher/Card must present this Voucher/Card to the Centre’s staff on the day of the booked activity. The Recipient shall be refused participation in the booked activity if the Recipient is unable to produce the original Voucher.
- The Recipient is entitled to book the activity specified on this Voucher/Card only subject to availability and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale which apply in respect of the use of this Voucher are those in force as at the time the relevant activity is booked.
- This Voucher/Card cannot be exchanged for cash. This Voucher/Card cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred & is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable
