New women’s only paddleboarding session launches at Lee Valley White Water Centre
A brand new women’s only paddleboarding session is set to launch at Lee Valley White Water Centre, giving women the chance to get on the water in a supportive, relaxed environment.
Explore Paddleboarding - Women’s Only session will take place every Sunday for just £17.50 per person - starting from International Women’s Day on Sunday 8 March 2026.
Session times:
Sunday 8 March to Sunday 29 March: 14:45 - 16:00
Sunday 5 April to Sunday 25 October: 16:45 - 18:00
Open to beginners and those looking to improve, the weekly session will offer expert instruction, a friendly group atmosphere and a great way to build confidence on the water.
Women interested in taking part are encouraged to book early, as spaces are expected to fill quickly.
