Barking Sporthouse & Gym, located in Mayesbrook Park, offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Enjoy our trampoline park, 13 climbing walls, soft play and skate park, with free on-site parking and Upney station just a 15-minute walk away.Our recently refurbished three-floor gym features state of the art Technogym equipment, plus two large studios offering classes from Group Cycle and HIIT to Yoga. The five-court sports hall also hosts Badminton, Pickleball, Futsal and more.Whether it’s a family day out, an active birthday party or a relaxing visit to our café, there’s something for everyone at Barking Sporthouse & Gym.
