Functional Fitness Studio
Our brand new, Functional Fitness Studio packed with top-of-the-range equipment including Ski-Ergs, Skill mill treadmills, Power Bike and much more. The Functional Studio runs over 20 dedicated classes every week including early morning HIIT classes starting at 7am for our early risers.
Multi-Purpose Black Out Studio
A brand new multi-purpose black out studio has been created for you to enjoy interactive and exciting Group Cycle classes and much more
New Gym Equipment
Replacement of all dumbbells, racks and some free-weights strength machines too including brand new Bench Presses, Shoulder Presses and Cable Machines
Customer Lounge
An expanded and modernised customer lounge with comfortable seating on the 1St Floor, a perfect place for members to unwind, relax with friends or plug in and get some more work done with the use of our free centre WiFi.
