Phoenix Fitness Centre offers a unique football coaching programme that gives 3-11s of all abilities the opportunity to get active, learn new football skills and enjoy the game. Phoenix Fitness Centre work in partnership with QPR in the Community Trust to provide high quality football coaching courses for children every Saturday morning.
Our new, unique football curriculum for children is designed to put fun at the heart of learning. Every player will be taught the four core technical principles; control, passing, shooting and dribbling; and each player, regardless of their experience, gets individually and continually developed to ensure the best and most personalised experience.
Our Saturday sessions, led by QPR coaches, provide the opportunity for children to develop technically, socially, physically and guarantee they leave with a smile on their face.
