This 45-minute session is for anyone aged 11 to 17 years before using Junior Gym. You’ll be shown how to use the equipment safely and get to know the space and staff. Once you're done, you’re ready to go.

If you're aged 11 to 17 years, Junior Gym gives you a shared space to exercise, build strength, and burn off energy.
