Our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights and dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls.
For a fitness programme tailored to your needs, just ask a Better fitness instructor and they'll be happy to put together a workout to suit you.
To vary your workout why not try a fitness class? We offer a range of classes - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment.
Our studio is mirrored, heated and is very well lit, providing the perfect enviroment to relax and have a great workout.
