Highgrove Pool & Fitness Centre is located in Ruslip,close to to Ruislip High Street and Eastcote, the centre has all you need to keep active.  You can enjoy a wide range of fitness classes, relax in our health suite or workout in the gym with over 100 stations of Technogym fitness equipment.  A 33 metres swimming pool and a teaching pool are availabe to use* as well as a dedicated Group Cycle studio, Fitness Classes studio. A GP referral scheme is also available if you have been referred to us from your Hospital**.
