Canons Leisure Centre on Madeira Road in Mitcham has everything you need to stay fit, swim and play. The gym features cardio and strength training equipment, while our 25-metre pool offers lane swimming and the teaching pool caters for lessons and confidence building. You can join aqua classes, group cycle, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxfit and dance fitness each week, with strength and conditioning sessions also available. The sports hall hosts badminton and basketball, while outside there's a 3G pitch for football and tennis courts for racket sports. Soft play keeps younger children entertained, and we run junior fitness classes, gymnastics, swimming programmes as well as birthday parties in the soft play and the swimming pool. There are squash courts, a functional training zone and over-50s sessions for older adults.
