Forest Hill Pools on Dartmouth Road has been part of the community since 1885, sitting under five minutes from Forest Hill Station near the Horniman Museum. The 25-metre pool is perfect for lane swimming and aqua classes, while the learner pool hosts swimming lessons that book up fast. Our gym has cardio machines and free weights, with a functional training zone for circuits and strength work. Classes include HIIT, group cycle, yoga, Pilates, boxfit and dance fitness in our large studio. We run women-only swimming sessions and host birthday parties in the pool and soft play areas for younger guests. There's also a cafe for post-swim refreshments.
