Pickleball is a fun paddle sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Game rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn, yet quick and fast paced. Beginners are very welcome. Our social sessions includes a coach providing instruction and game organisation.

Badminton Beginners
 
Learn the fundamentals of the game, including basic strokes, e.g. forehand, backhand and how to serve, along with court etiquette and simple rules. This is a friendly social session where everyone is welcome.

Badminton 50+ Social
 
Friendly match/game play and social session for older adults.
