We have specific SEND sessions every week in our Trampoline Park, where we try and make adjustments to support those who might struggle with some aspects of our Geneal Jump sessions.
We keep noise and lighting to a low level where we can, with sounds effects and flashing lights turned off in the park, we also keep our music and fan settings low or off during the session too.
We allow carers to attend for free during these sessions, knowing some people won't be able to participate without the support of an adult participating with them.
We do still require anyone taking part to wear Trampoline Park socks and for either participant and / or carer to watch our safety video before entering the park. However we're working on ways of making this easier for all in the near future.
If you have any concerns about attending please get in touch with the centre and we'll see what we can do to help.
We do make individual arrangements for a number of regular users already and will do what we can to support you; your voice matters to us.
We hold our Trampoline Park SEND sessions every week at a peak time, including school holidays, every Thursday. Usually 3pm-6pm; see timetable for details.
We also have SEND sessions running weekly for other activities at some of our other centres locally in Newcastle and Gateshead
