Gym Workout

Whether you’re taking the first steps on your fitness journey or you’re looking to stay in shape, our gym has been designed with a range of equipment to suit your needs. Everybody’s different – and we all have our own goals - which is why we offer you different types of workout training and support. We want you to feel comfortable, so to comply with physical distancing bookable 1hr time slots are now available and bookable via the Better UK app or clicking 'Book Activity' at the top of this page.

Fitness Classes

With a wide variety of fitness classes available, you'll find the perfect way to keep active and stay motivated. We have classes for the whole community, from high-energy dance or cardio classes to strength, conditioning, mind and body. We’ve got something to suit everyone. Junior Gym

Gym session designed for teens aged between 11-15 wanting to get active. All sessions have a member of staff present, so if you are unfamiliar with any gym equipment, you can ask them for safety advice. All junior members are required to attend a junior gym induction prior to attending the session. All junior gym sessions require an advanced booking. Bookable time slots are available via the Better UK app or by clicking 'Book Activity' at the top of this page.
