Trampolining is an ideal activity for all ages and levels of fitness and is a great group activity for schools and corporate team building days. It provides significant cardiovascular and health benefits and is often used by divers, gymnasts and skiers to hone their technique. However, it also offers a great fun and recreational activity where youngsters can expend their energy in a safe and supervised environment.
Programmed sessions include parent and toddler activities, calorie burning group exercise classes, aided accessibility sessions for people with reduced mobility and special sport sessions including dodgeball. There are also Autism Friendly Sessions, twice per week.
