Important Information Before You Visit

  • All ticket purchases must be made online. If you are experiencing issues booking online, our in-centre staff are happy to help but cannot make the booking directly for you.  
  • Please note all participants must wear half-grip socks at all times. These can be purchased when booking tickets and cost £3 per pair. Please be aware we do not accept grip socks with heel grip.
  • For the first few months we will be swapping exisiting Better branded full grip socks with the new half grip socks as full grip are not permitted.
  • Juniors are classified as those aged 15 years and younger. Those aged 16 years or older are classified as adults. Please note that entry to the Multi-Zone Activity Area is strictly limited to those aged 18 months or older.  
  • All children under the age of 8 are required to be accompanied and supervised inside the Multi-Zone Activity Area by an adult who has booked an adult ticket. 
  • Carers who are attending SEN sessions must book their carer tickets online in advance. Proof of carer eligibility may be requested upon arrival.

Safety Video

All participants must watch the safety video, which is provided online and in centre. Please be sure to share the link provided in the confirmation email to all participants attending the session.
