Basic Circuits

Our Basic Circuits class helps seniors maintain the strength and endurance needed for everyday independence. Through low-impact exercises and guided movements, you’ll improve bone density, build muscle, and support balance and stability. Led by a qualified instructor, this friendly Wednesday afternoon session is a wonderful way to stay mobile, boost wellbeing, and enjoy the company of others your age.

Our Yoga sessions take place on a Monday and Friday afternoon, offering older adults a calm and supportive way to improve flexibility, balance, and overall strength. Gentle, senior-friendly poses help increase mobility, enhance posture, and ease tension throughout the body. With guidance from a qualified instructor, this peaceful class encourages relaxation, supports mental wellbeing, and provides a warm social space to nurture both body and mind while staying active.

Our Pilates sessions, on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon, help older adults build core strength and maintain stability through gentle, controlled movements. These low-impact exercises support joint health while improving posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Step into our friendly, easy-to-use gym space, designed to help older adults feel confident and comfortable while staying active. Our qualified Fitness Instructors are here to introduce you to the equipment, teach safe and effective techniques, and help you build a routine that supports your personal goals. Whether you’re completely new to the gym or simply looking to refresh your workouts, we’re here to guide you every step of the way and make fitness enjoyable, supportive, and achievable.

Warm Spaces

Our centre is open as a warm, safe space during all opening hours. You’re welcome to sit and relax, use our free Wi-Fi, or take a hot shower whenever you need. Our café is also open Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 9am–4pm, offering a free hot drink to anyone who visits.

Women Only Classes

Circuits

Designed especially for older women, this supportive Monday morning class focuses on building strength and stamina to stay confident and independent in everyday life. You’ll move through low-impact circuit stations that encourage strong muscles, healthy bones, and better balance and stability. With guidance from a qualified instructor, it’s a relaxed and social way to stay active, feel good, and enjoy exercising with other women in a welcoming environment.

This fun, low-impact Step Aerobics class is designed for older women who want to boost their fitness in a lively, supportive setting.
