Walking Football
Whether you want to get back to playing football or fancy trying something new, Walking Football is a fantastic, social game played as the name suggests - at a walking pace.
Players are not allowed to run, but you can walk as fast as you like. When playing, all of the skills you have and the joy of football will come flooding back.
We run sessions at Haydon every Tuesday and Thursday 12:30pm-1:30pm.
There's no need to book, just turn up and pay at reception. Price is £5 per session, or free for members.
Fitness Classes
If you prefer exercising in a group with the support and direction of one of our instructors, our fitness classes may be perfect for you.
Come and try one of our lower intensity classes in our 'Basics' range, including Circuit Training, Ballet Fit and Tai Chi, these classes have simpler movements and lower intensity, which is perfect for older adults and seniors.
Racquets
Our 4 court Sports Hall is perfect for either a game of badminton or table tennis with friends.
Don't have the equipment? Don't worry, as we can provide everything you need to play.
It's a great activity if you want to play for fun or be a litlle bit competitive.
Seated Chair Exercise
Our Seated Chair Classes involve improving strength and balance exercises to help you feel more confident on your feet.
In the sessions, we use fun and inclusive activities to engage with older members of the community, to help keep you active and independant for longer.
Seated Chair Exercise classes run every Monday and Friday 11:45am-12:45pm and cost £5 per session or free for members.

Walking Netball
Whether you want to get back to playing netball or fancy trying something new, Walking Netball sessions are fun and inclusive, with plenty of social benefits in addition to it being a fantastic way to stay active.
Walking Netball is a game just like the name suggests - at a walking pace. You can walk as fast as you like, but jumping is not allowed.
Walking Netball sessions run every Wednesday at 3pm.
