About our facility

Chiltern Pools & Gym is in the town of Amersham, located in the heart of the Chilterns and provides a broad range of facilities and services to the Amersham community.

Our well-equipped fitness suite, gym and group exercise studio are suitable for all users, from those just getting started to the competitive athlete. We offer a 25m swimming pool, leisure pool and three flumes. 

Our climbing wall facility specialises in tuition and development providing high level coaching and instruction. There is also a 'bouldering wall' and 'woody' board giving great variety of routes which are updated on a weekly basis.

We also provide an outdoor MUGA pitch if you’re looking for a game of 5 a side football.

This vibrant centre is conveniently located just 250m from Amersham station.

Local Leisure Centre gives residents a Better summer

 Just in time for summer, Better Chiltern Pools and Gym has given away over 10,000 free swim passes to local school children. In addition to launching summer adult swimming passes for just £60 and junior passes for a little as £17.50 in Amersham.

“Swimming is a great activity if you have a busy schedule. Just 30 minutes of gentle swimming on your lunch break can burn over 200 calories, and with our unlimited passes, you can swim every day and really make a difference in your fitness level.”
