Fitness for kids in Bedfordshire
Junior Gym memberships allow young people aged 11 to 17 to use gyms and leisure facilities during set session times. Session times vary by location but usually run after school from Tuesday to Friday, with additional times on Saturdays, giving plenty of chances to stay active during the week.
All under-18s will complete a free gym induction before taking part. Qualified instructors guide each session to help keep everything safe and supportive. Juniors can also join Adult and Junior Gym sessions and take part in junior fitness classes.
