Jump into Gymnastics

Our recreation gymnastics classes are for children of any ability aged between 4-11 years old.

Our fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, including skills such as foward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels plus many more.

It is easy to book and pay online at any time, from £33.60 per month. Or call into the centre where our reception team can assist you.

Once registered, parents can also track progress through the home portal.

Gymnastics at Brook

Our children’s gymnastics lessons follow the Rise Gymnastics framework, created by our partners, British Gymnastics.

Classes will help to improve your child's flexibilty, balance, coordination and more, all in a warm and welcoming environment.

RISE Competition 2026

We are excited to invite you to take part in our Explore RISE Gymnastics Competition, taking place on Saturday 6th June 2026 at Olympia Leisure Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for participants to showcase their skills, build confidence, and experience a fun and supportive competition environment alongside fellow gymnasts across the programme.

What to Expect:

Gymnasts will have the chance to compete across 4 strands:

Core Skills
Bars
Beam
Vault

Whether it’s their first competition or they’re building on previous experience, the event is designed to be inclusive, encouraging, and enjoyable for all.

Date: 6th June 2026
Location: Olympia Leisure Centre
Time: Morning (10am to 12:30pm) and Afternoon (12:30pm to 3pm)
Entry Fee: £16 per gymnast
