The gym offers strength training and cardio equipment to suit your workout needs, while the 25-metre pool offers lane swimming and lessons in the main pool plus a teaching pool for younger swimmers. After your session, the cafe is there for a quick bite. Our studios offer HIIT, group cycle, yoga, Pilates, circuits and boxfit, with strength and conditioning classes also drawing a regular crowd.
