An extensive functional workout area, this part of our gym is a dynamic space designed for functional movements and total‑body workouts. Resistance Area

Featuring state‑of‑the‑art Technogym equipment - including a plate‑loaded area with Hack Squat, Hip Thrust and T‑Bar Row - and Bio strength machines that use AI technology to provide an individualised workout for all, our targeted resistance machines enable you to sculpt and strengthen specific muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels, these machines help you complete controlled movements for safer and more effective workouts. Ideal for building muscle tone, enhancing metabolism and supporting overall strength, find what works for you.

Free Weights

Unleash your strength and power in our dedicated free weights area. Barbells, dumbbells, and benches provide the tools for compound movements and targeted muscle development. Biocircuit

The Biocircuit area of the gym allows you to join a Biocircuit Training class or use the equipment in a circuits style workout yourself - all powered by AI. The machines adjust to your strength and resistance and automatically recalibrate each time you log in via the app so you don't have to adjust equipment, and it optimises your workout.
