Senior Membership
Our most popular membership is Better Adult Senior Resident for a one off fee of *£6.30 per year.
This membership gives you free access to all of our Belfast leisure centres on Monday to Friday up to 11am. Concessionary prices are payable outside of these times.
You can join online by clicking the button below or call into the centre and a member of staff will assist you.
*Non Belfast residents membership is £12.50 per year and concessionary rates are payable at all times.

Healthwise
Healthwise is a GP Referral scheme offering access to all of our Better Centres in Belfast, to help improve pre existing health conditions through exercise.
The scheme is free for 12 weeks and once completed you can avail of a discounted membership at the centre.
Racquet sports
Playing racquet sports is a great way to get active, have fun and stay healthy, whatever your age or level of ability.
Courts are available at Whiterock Leisure Centre for badminton and pickleball.
Gym sessions
Did you know Whiterock Leisure Centre has a great gym facility, supervised by our Fitness Instructors.
Our Fitness Instructors are on hand to help you in any way possible, whether this be through exercise demonstrations, planning a workout or answering any questions you may have.
Basic Fitness Classes
Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available at Whiterock Leisure Centre you'll find the perfect way to keep active.
Swim sessions
Swimming is a great way to have fun and get healthy, whatever your age or level of ability.
At Whiterock Leisure Centre we offer a fantastic 25m six lane recreational pool.
Swim for Fitness sessions involve lane swimming or Swim for All sessions mean an open pool layout.
Water Workout
If you are looking to get healthy and have a great time doing so, Aqua Aerobics could be what you are missing in your life. Dancing, stretching and getting yourself moving in the water is sure to help you get fitter and feel great.
This fun, energising group activity for every age is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Coffee Mornings
Every other Wednesday, Whiterock hosts a social coffee morning at 9am for customers and staff to have a coffee and a chat as well as some sweet treats.
The regular group of attendees at the morning collect a little bit of money for charity each month, often choosing one close to the hearts of those in the Whiterock community.
We live in a world where technology means we mostly see and speak to people through a screen. But we still believe its hard to beat a face to face catch up over a hot drink. Come and join us prior your gym or swim session.
Check with our reception staff when the next social coffee morning is. Everyone is welcome and you don’t need to be a member to attend. Come along for a coffee, biscuits and a chat and help raise funds for a good cause in the process.
