Short Course Swimming Lessons
Help your kids stay active and learn a new life skill over the holidays with our Swim School Short Holiday Courses.
We have lessons suitable for complete beginners and for children that require a top up to help them progress on to the next level, your child will build their confidence in the water and have fun at Eastern.
Monday 25th March to Friday 29th March
1030am - 11am Foundation - non-swimmers.
11am - 1130am Foundation - top up.

Swim for All
Cool off and make a splash in the pool at Eastern Leisure Centre. Swim For All slots are available daily throughout the holidays (U17's swim for free).
Swim For All sessions (1hr) are available:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 12pm - 3pm (excluding 5th April)
Tuesday and Friday (5th April): 12pm - 2pm
Saturday: 2.30pm – 4.30pm
Sunday – 2.30pm – 3.30pm

Soft Play
Just to ensure that you have the maximum amount of fun this Holiday, we have drop-in Soft Play Sessions for the under 5’s.
Soft Play (U5’s)
Monday and Friday - 9am – 11am
Wednesday - 1pm- 2pm
Saturday (30th March) - 130pm - 230pm
Starting Blocks Athletics
Starting Blocks Athletics is a fun and friendly Athletics themed activity class for children aged 4 to 9 years old. Sessions focus on teaching and developing fundamental athletic skills and abilities such as throwing, catching, running and more.
Classes during the Holidays are on:
Mondays - 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Multi-Sports, Fun & Games for 4 - 6 years
During the holidays we offer more for the littles one to do at Eastern. You can book your juniors aged 4 to 6 years old in to Multi-Sports, Fun and Games. A fun and exciting session teaching and developing children’s skills in a wide range of sporting activities and fun games.
Session time:
Friday 2pm -3pm
Giant Inflatable Fun (5+)
This holiday at Eastern juniors aged 5 - 11 years can have buckets of fun running, climbing and tumbling over our Giant Inflatable.
Giant Inflatable Sessions:
Thursday (4th April) 10am - 11am and 11am - 12pm
Aqua Splash Pool Inflatable Session
Bring your friends and family and have a wild hour clingning on, climbing over and racing through our BRAND NEW Aqua Splash Pool inflatable.
Inflatable fun for all the family. Under 8s, none swimmers or weak smimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the pool hall and on the pool inflatable.
Booking required in centre or through the BETTER UK App.

Junior Activities 9 - 17 Years Old
Junior Gym Inductions
Prior to venturing in to our Junior Gym sessions our junior members must complete a mandatory gym induction in order to guarantee the safety of all our junior members. We offer a Junior Gym Induction conducted by a certified fitness instructor who will instruct them on the appropriate use of the equipment, exercises and gym etiquette.

Friday: 4pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am
Junior Gym
If training in the gym is more your interest, we’ve increased the number of Junior Gym slots available to book throughout the holidays. Sessions are now availble to book at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 11am – 12pm and 4pm – 5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 11am and 11am - 12pm
Junior Fitness Class
Junior Group Fitness is bigger and better during the holidays. We have increased our group fitness provision to include a range of fit, fun and friendly group fitness classes aimed at 11 to 17 year olds.
The classes are delivered by experienced and qualified instructors who guarantee a fun and exciting experience working out with your friends.
Choose between Junior Circuits, Junior Group Cycle and Junior Step.
