Junior Gym 11-17 Years
We provide juniors with allocated timeslots for their gym sessions for ages 11-17 Years.
All Juniors must pre-book through the online booking system or app.
A qualified fitness instructor may also be supervising the session, addressing any queries and giving guidence on the safe practices in the gym.
Junior members aged 11-15 years will only be able to use CV equipment and resistance machines
Junior members aged 16-17 will be able to use free weights
Junior gym times:
Monday to Friday: 3:30pm - 6pm (Times vary on school holidays)
Weekends: 10am - 5pm
We offer FREE drop in football sessions for all our prepaid junior members!
Come along, bring your friends or make new friends
This is an outside activity on the 3G football pitches
Attendees must pre book before joining, Pre-paid junior members go free, age requirements are 11-17
This session does not have an instructor (equipment is provided)
Before using the gym facilities, all juniors must book and attend a junior gym induction which are conducted by our highly trained Fitness Instructors. These inductions will last 30 minutes and cover all health and safety information as well as the safe use of equipment. Our Instructors will also explain gym etiquette as well as demonstrations on the equipment that juniors are permitted to use during the sessions.
Our Adult and Junior gym sessions offer a fantastic way to exercise and spend time together with your child/children.
The junior will need to book a session and will require an induction before being able to attend.
The session will be chargeable for the junior (Unless a pre-paid member).
The Adult needs to be a pre-paid member or book & pay for a gym session.
It is the responsibility of the adult to actively supervise any juniors between the ages of 11-15 years at all times during the booking.
