The first-floor gym features a full range of cardio, resistance, and strength equipment, while the spacious studio hosts fitness classes for all ages—from Group Cycle and Zumba to Yoga. Our three-tier indoor play area is perfect for children under 8, with separate areas for under 4s and under 2s. Outside, you’ll find a 7-a-side floodlit 3G football pitch and three 11-a-side grass pitches available to hire.
