Come and be part of Plumstead Youth Dance Company — a dynamic group of young dancers who rehearse, create, and perform together.

Audition Dates:
Tuesday 25 November & Tuesday 9 December
(for company entry in early 2026)

Ages: 12–19 years

Get the chance to:

Create your own dance pieces solos and group 
Perform at local events and beyond

PLUMSTEAD YOUTH DANCE COMPANY

Plumstead Youth Dance Company is a contemporary dance programme providing technical training and performance experiences for aspiring young dancers in South East London.

 

Through a process of weekly sessions the company members (aged 12-19) will have the opportunity to improve their contemporary dance technique, learn and create exciting choreography and be invited to a variety of performance opportunities across London.

 

Plumstead Youth Dance Company aims to provide opportunities for gifted and talented individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

ISABEL HARROLD BIO

Isabel graduate from Italia Conti in London and is a highly skilled and versatile teacher and performer. She has most recently been involved in a concept video collaboration by Phoebe Lindenbach and Adam Brazier.

Isabel is Highly skilled in the following dance genres. 

Ballet, Cha Cha, Commercial Dance, Contact Improvisation, Contemporary Dance, Hip Hop Dance, Jazz Dancing, Jive, Latin American, Pas de Deux, Pointe, Samba, Tap

SHANNON MAIREAD HILL BIO

Shannon is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans dance, circus arts, and creative education. Now based in London, Shannon’s performance career began in childhood as a professional Great British gymnast. After discovering a deep passion for ballet, she went on to train at Elmhurst Ballet School and later at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where she graduated with a BA (Hons) and received the Innovation Award to develop her project Atypical.

Shannon is passionate about contemporary dance, interdisciplinary performance, and driving positive, inclusive change within the wider creative industry. What began as her Innovation Award project in 2024 grew into Atypical Creative (Ltd) and Atypical Community (CIC)—two organisations dedicated to nurturing talent from early engagement through to sustainable careers. Atypical Creative provides performance opportunities, events, and professional development for emerging and established artists, while Atypical Community focuses on accessible arts education and youth development.
