Resistance Zone
Our main gym area is fully equipped with a wide range of resistance and free weights equipment, allowing you to seamlessly switch between cardio and resistance training for a complete full-body workout in one place. Available equipment includes: Double Abductor/Adductor, Lat Machine, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Leg Press, Low Row, Shoulder Press, Pectoral Machine, Dual Adjustable Cable Pulley, Dumbbell Racks, Adjustable Benches.
Cardio Zone
Our cardio machines are designed to get your heart pumping and body moving, featuring the latest Technogym equipment for an exceptional workout experience. Available machines include: Treadmills, up right bikes, recline bikes, cross trainers, stairs climbers and rowimg machines plus equipment especially adapted for customers with disabilities. Our kit is equipt with internet connected screens which allows you to watch live TV including sports, catch up on your favourite streaming service play games and much more.
Strength Zone
Our dedicated strength gym is fully equipped with top-quality equipment to support your strength training goals. We offer Technogym dumbbells ranging from 4kg to 50kg, Olympic bars, bumper plates, half racks, and lifting platforms for heavy lifts and compound movements.
