That's where Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre come in! We have a programme full of various activities for you and the family to come and get involved. Whether its to occupy some time or to do something a little different to your usual plans.
Swim For All Sessions
No matter your fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, float away any stress, or just simple want to enjoy a more casual swim with your family and friends.
Swim for all is available weekdays and weekends and a great opportunity to have some fun during the half term break.
Family Fun Swim
A family fun swim session for all ages and abilities, with a variety of floats and toys available for everyone to enjoy. One competent adult swimmer may supervise up to 2 under 8’s or non swimmers under 16 at a time.
Junior Gym
Children aged 11 - 17 can access every junior gym session at Better locatioons i thier local area. These junior sessions help kids learn how to use thier local gym in a fun, supportive enviroment, with instructors on hand to offer advice and encouragement. Children are not permitted to use the ground floor in these sessions.
Adult and Junior Gym
This is a great activity to spend time as a family encouraging healthy habits from a young age. You may bring one child aged 11+ and must actively supervise them at all times. Children are not permitted to use the ground floor in these sessions.
Intensive Crash-courses
Our intensive swimming lessons run for five days and will help express your child through their swimming lessons - for example if they only have a few criteria's left to complete they will have a chance to work on in it through our crash course programme.
Foundation - Non swimmer - This course is suitable for swimmers who are not confident in the water and ages 4+, lessons will consist of a structured play to help encourage confidence and ease with the water.
Foundation - Top Up - This course is suitable for swimmers who can swim 3 metres unaided and are aged 4+. all lessons will consist of structured tuition to improve swimming ability on the front & back.
