Mind & Body

Strength & Conditioning
Build muscle and feel confident with Strength and Conditioning classes at Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre. Choose from lots of great, motivational group exercise classes that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.
Cardio
You'll get your heart pumping with a fast-paced, high-energy Cardio class. The music will be high and the energy even higher, these group fitness classes are a great way to stay healthy and feel great whilst doing so.
Dance
Dance classes are a great way to get fit and feel great. They're so much fun, and are guaranteed to put a smile on your face whilst helping you stay active. Bring your friends, make new ones and leave feeling smiling and energised.
