Juniors, 11-17 year olds, can now exercise at Vauxhall Leisure Centre with specialised guidance from our experienced Fitness Instructors. 

Our fitness instructors will give participants a programme of activities to meet their individual goals, including use of cardiovascular and core strength equipment, helping young people to stay healthy and active. At your first session, the Fitness Instructor will also give you a complete induction to all the equipment and how to safely using it.

For unrestricted access to these sessions, purchase a Junior Health and Fitness Membership, which also includes free public swimming.

For those who only want to attend occasionally and have a Pay as you Go card, you can pay as you go for just £3.20 (£2.25 concessionary).
