Ironmonger Row Baths on Norman Street is a short walk from Old Street station and brings together fitness, swimming and spa in a beautiful Grade II listed building. The gym has weights and cardio machines for your workouts, while the 30.5-metre pool offers lane swimming, aqua aerobics and lessons in a unique setting. After training, unwind in the Spa Experience with its Turkish baths, sauna and relaxation areas. Classes include Pilates, yoga, strength and conditioning, circuits, boxfit and group cycle across our studios. There are squash courts for racket sport fans and a teaching pool for learners. We run women-only spa sessions, plus activities for children and over-50s programmes to support the local community.
