The main pool is deck level and has plenty of sessions to cater to your needs with Swim For Fitness, Swim For All, private hire, and Swim School. Our teaching pool is a multi-activity pool where you can enjoy family fun sessions, aqua aerobics, and swimming lessons.
Swim for All
Swim for All aims to make swimming a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. Whether individuals are learning to swim for the first time or enjoying recreational swimming, the session strives to create an environment where all can participate and thrive.
Swim for Fitness
Swim for Fitness provides a holistic and enjoyable approach to staying active. Whether you swim for relaxation, cardiovascular health, or muscle toning, incorporating swimming into your fitness routine can contribute to a healthier and more active lifestyle. At our Swim for Fitness session, you can choose whether you swim in the slow, medium, or fast line, so you can move at your own pace.
Inclusive Swim
On Thursdays at 12pm-1pm we offer an inclusive swim session. This session allows young people and adults with additional needs to use the pool facilitiy at a reduced capacity and noise level.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is a form of exercise that takes place in a shallow pool and combines aerobic movements with the resistance of water. This low-impact workout is suitable for individuals of various fitness levels and offers a range of benefits.
