Gym Workout

If you’re going to be using the gym, we recommend a 1-2-1 induction with one of our qualified Fitness Instructors. The induction will show you how to use our equipment properly, ensuring you'll be happy and confident to get the most out of your workout from day one.

Our staff are keen to share their wealth of knowledge and expertise to help put you at ease when discussing your goals and planning your regular exercise routine. If you're already an experienced gym user, you can opt out and get straight to it.

Our facilities are staffed, so you are never far from help and support if you need it. Just ask a member of the Health & Fitness Team on the gym floor, or a member of staff anywhere in the building. We're always happy to help.

Fitted with industry leading Technogym equipment and many more of the finest fitness industry kit.

Strength Zone - This area boasts 2 Olympic squat racks, 2 lifting platforms, dumbbells ranging from 6KG to 50KG, plate loaded leg press, leg extension, rear kick and a number of adjustable bench presses.

Resistance Machine Zone - This area is equipped with the finest Technogym machines such as chest, shoulder and leg press. It also has cable machines and an assisted pull up machine.

Cardio Zone - This area boasts award winning Technogym treadmills for an immersive workout experience, which includes a digital ecosystem that lets you track your training data, seamless entertainment options and personalised workouts. It also has stair climbers, cross trainers and other cardio machines.

Functional Zone - This area is equipped with a full sized cable machine, glute ham developer, kettlebells and a full range of functional equipment.

Cardio Zone - This boasts a number of cardio machines such as Ski Ergs, Assault bikes, Rowing Machines, Treadmills, Watt Bikes and much more.

Boxing Zone - This has a 4 arm boxing frame, with different sized bags as well as an aqua punch bag.

Functional Zone - Filled with numerous functional equipment such as core bags, medicine balls, slam balls, resistance bands and more. It also has a Tire Flip 180, Torque Tank M4 and an Exigo functional frame.

Boasting 40 of the latest Technogym bikes, which combine unique design with awesome feeling and technology, enables riders to be in the front line of action and more importantly, track their progress. The studio is immersed with LED lights, giving members a great experience while cycling in a stimulating environment with motivating instructors.
