Sleaford Leisure Centre on East Banks offers fitness and swimming just a short walk from Sleaford train station and alongside the river Slea. The gym has free weights and cardio machines for full-body workouts, while the 25-metre pool is perfect for lane swimming and there's a family splash pool with a toddler splash pad. Unwind after your session in the sauna or steam room. Classes include yoga, Pilates, boxfit, dance fitness and strength conditioning, and aqua aerobics is particularly popular with locals. We run swimming lessons and sessions for seniors, and partner with local schools through GP referral programmes to support community health.
