Here at The Sands Centre we have a 26 station spinning studio which hosts an extensive class programme 7 days a week.
Spinning is an indoor cycling class which gives you a great cardiovascular, strength and mass calorie-burning workout making it extremely popular.
We have over 20 classes a week on our programme, with sessions running 7 days a week. You can now also book online, 5 days in advance for non members and 6 days for members.
Please note, due to a new code of practice we are NOT allowing participants to wear loose full length bottoms while in Spinning Classes or using the eSpinners within the gym.
