Indoor Track Access at Lee Valley Athletics Centre

At Lee Valley Athletics Centre, the following spikes are accepted for use on our indoor track:

• Omnilite Ceramic Pyramid or Christmas Tree 5mm or 7mm
• Steel Christmas Tree 6mm
• Steel RT Compression 6m

Please note, we do not allow the following types of spike on the indoor track:

• Steel pyramid (all sizes)
• Tartan (all sizes)
• Needle (all sizes)
