Our wonderful leisure pool set in the heart of the Northern Lake District, is heated to a tropical 30 degrees, featuring a 40m twisting water slide, toddler play features and an amazing wave machine, during our Splash Zone sessions.

We have a range of different water based sessions to suit the needs of the entire family, ranging from Adult Only to Toddler, all supervised by our NPLQ trained lifeguards.

We have a full range of modern equipment in our gym including the following Cardio Equipment:

Treadmills
X-trainers
Concept 2 Rowing machines
Upright, Recumbent and Spin Bikes
Stepper

We also have 10 pieces of strength equipment which include Chest Presses, Adjustable Pulley, Lat pull down, Pec Fly and Leg Press and free weight area featuring an Olympic bar bell with weight plates up to 120kg.

Non-members are also welcome to use our facilities and we offer day and week passes.

Our gym is open from 7am Monday to Friday and 9am on Saturday and Sunday
