Our Young Adult Gymnastics classes for 12 years and above are the perfect way to learn new skills, build strength, and grow in confidence, whether you're a complete beginner or have experience this class is fun, active and social.
Join us every Saturday at 11:15am for 45 minutes of coached training, exciting challenges, and a supportive atmosphere where you can progress at your own pace.
Our children’s gymnastics lessons follow the Rise Gymnastics framework, created by our partners, British Gymnastics.
Classes will help to improve your child's flexibilty, balance, coordination and more, all in a warm and welcoming environment.
It is easy to book and pay online at any time, from as little as £33.60 per month.

Hello my name is Jess, I am the lead gymnastics coach for better Belfast , I am passionate about helping gymnasts learn new skills and to reach their full potential while fostering a love for the sport. I focus on creating a positive and encouraging environment for all my gymnasts with safety and well-being top of my priorities. I hope to see you in one of our classes soon.

Hi, I'm Ellie-May! I have been doing gymnastics for 9 years and coaching for 3, it is my favourite sport. You will usually find me trying out some skills myself but I'm just here to have fun and hopefully we can all learn something new! I am currently completing my Level 2 general gymnastics qualifacation and studing at university.

I absolutely love sport and staying active, so I’m super excited to share that passion with all our young gymnasts!
