The great thing about our cardio classes is that there's something for everyone. No matter your age or ability there's a workout that will work for you.
Aerobics - A cardio-based class which combines a variety of high impact exercises to raise your heart rate and improve your overall fitness. A lower impact section of the class will help improve overall muscle tone.
As well as improving the body's flexibility and bone structure, dancing also boosts stabilising core muscles to balance the body and make muscles and tendons less susceptible to injury. Coordination and reflexes are also strengthened through regular dance workouts.
Zumba - Dance your way to fitness. Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a class that will blow you away. Ditch the workout, join the party!
Mind and Body Classes

Mind and Body classes can help reduce your stress levels and improve posture, balance and flexibility. De-stressing through exercise is nothing new, for some it involves endorphins, for others it's more about relaxation.

Pilates - Pilate classes are the no stress workout that focuses on the core muscles - the abdomen, back and buttocks. Pilates is great for core conditioning work and will help you achieve better posture, lean muscles and increase flexibility.
Yoga - The main emphasis of this class is on blending philosophies of physical and mental conditioning through stretching and relaxation. Yoga increases flexibility, while building strength and stamina through various poses and postures. Yoga also helps improve posture, rejuvenate energy levels, relieve stress and reduce fatigue.
