Inflatable Sessions

The Copeland Pool and Fitness Centre has a large floating inflatable obstacle course, perfect for kids of 8+ years who are competent swimmers, to have fun and challenge themselves and their friends.

 
Wednesday 1.00pm to 2.00pm 

Junior Gym

We encourage juniors to get into the gym and start looking after their bodies, and gym workouts boost energy, increase lean muscle mass, improves mood and enables you to live longer.

From age 14, provided the junior member has had a recent induction, they are able to come train unsupervised with their friends.

Junior members are able to attend the gym from age 11, as long as they attend alongside and are supervised by an adult and have had an induction.

Weekday 1pm till 5pm 
Weekends 10-2pm 

 

Swim For All

A general swim session for all ages and abilities for fun and fitness.

One competent adult swimmer may supervise up to two children under 8 years old or non-swimmers under 16 at a time.

Taking place during our Swim for All sessions, when you book your child into a session in one of the below timeslots, the discount for the booking will be applied automatically in the basket.
